Counter-notification
If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to the same contact above. Your counter-notification should include your contact information, identification of the material and its location before removal, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
Repeat infringers
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to remove content and to restrict or terminate access for users who are found to repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
